Legacy Society

The Legacy Society celebrates those who have made a lasting commitment to the Greater Huntsville area through their estate plan.

Membership

Individuals who have designated a gift to the Community Foundation through a will, trust, beneficiary designation, fund agreement or other planned gift are invited to join our Legacy Society. Membership is voluntary and free. As a Legacy Society member, you have the option to remain anonymous or to be recognized for your generosity. You may also receive invitations to designated Legacy Society events.

Legacy Society members inspire others to leave an enduring impact on the causes that matter to them.

The Legacy Society allows the Community Foundation to recognize and thank donors for their gifts to the community during their lifetimes.

How do I become a member?

If you have already made a gift or have included the Community Foundation in your estate plan, please contact us to let us know. We would be honored to include you in our Legacy Society.

If you are interested in learning more about how to include the Community Foundation as part of your legacy planning, please contact giving@communityfoundationhsv.org for more information. Because of your planned gifts, the Community Foundation can continue to fulfill our mission of improving the quality of life in our community through philanthropy, and you can create a legacy of timeless giving.
